Fear, Doubt and Ambition

Excuses, something we all make. We aren’t always aware we make them, but we do. They’ve become a daily part of our lifestyle. Everyone has the same amount of hours in a week, so how are you spending them?

Excuses will always be a part of your downfall, whether they’re big or small. They’re self-made obstacles which will always deter you from reaching your full potential, especially when it comes to your passions.

To succeed, there are three characteristics you must master:

The fear of trying something new, the fear of rejection, the fear of failing. We are all guilty in some form of letting fear into our lives. It’s a natural instinct to be scared about something new, however, it becomes problematic when fear takes over.

Do you want the key to unlocking success? Be fearless. #BeLimitless. What are you so afraid of? If you fail, you’ll be back to where you started. Life wasn’t so bad there. Wouldn’t you rather say you had the courage to try, than to not try at all? This goes for every aspect in life.

You will never get what you want by sitting back and hoping for it to fall in your hands. Speak up! Be heard! Never be too afraid to ask for something.

Doubting yourself, your abilities, the world, what others will think of you. These are all just more excuses for you to avoid what you really want – success in your dreams. If you’re constantly doubtful of yourself and your talents, you’ll never know what you’re truly capable of.

The main characteristic to overcome doubt, is self-confidence. Believe in yourself, and people will be drawn to you.

As soon as you believe in yourself and your abilities, you’ll be amazed at how many doors open for you and the amount of opportunities you will want to seize.

How bad do you want it? How far are you willing to go? Will you forget fear and doubt, and make the leap of faith? As someone once said, “If you want something, you must want it as much as you want to breathe, and then you’ll succeed.”

New challenges must excite you. The idea of creating something from scratch, and then taking it to a level no one expected. Leading a team, creating a vision, and bridging the gap between your dreams and reality.

That’s what life is suppose to be about, living out your true purpose and making your dreams a reality. Excuses will just prohibit you. Don’t waste another moment.

Leaders take risks. Followers don’t. Which one are you?
