Life is a Revolving Door

Life is a revolving door of experiences and people. Whether, good, or bad, in our adolescence, we’re told “Be treated how you want to be treated.”

Some will abide by that and treat you how you deserve; others will play you for it and use you for their own motives, gains, and desires. But, one lesson you must always remember – no matter how many times you may encounter a bad experience, you must always keep that door open and revolving. Authenticity and Loyalty is far and few in this world to find, but when you find it, hold on to it. The minute you shut that door, you lose the opportunity in finding it.

As someone who’s always open to helping others, you will always experience situations where you are taken advantage of. But, remember, it’s not the end of the world. Here are four ways to stay positive when things aren’t going as planned.

This doesn’t mean trust in whoever has taken advantage of you, but trust in the fact that time heals everything. Trust that it will all come together in the end, even if you can’t see it now. Your life isn’t over; as they say, “even a dead clock shows the correct time, twice a day.” Life goes on, and that revolving door, moves forward.

When you open your eyes to start the day, put a smile on. Even if you aren’t in the greatest mood, just smile. If you keep telling yourself, or telling others, that you’re feeling great, or you’re having an amazing day, well, that’s exactly the kind of day you are going to have. Positivity is the world’s best infectious emotion.

You are what you project. Whether you succeed or fail is determined within your mindset before any situation endures.

Change your thoughts, and your life will follow.

No matter how much you think about it. No matter how much you dream about it. And, no matter how much you sweat over it, the past is over.

Think of the events that happened in your life as if they happened for you, not to you. Everything happens for a reason. You can live in the past, or decide to live in the present where you have the option to make decisions that will bring happiness back into your life.

If you’re looking for a positive solution, it’s important to realize you’ve got to turn your revolving door into a message you can learn from.

Put in the conscious effort and strength to press on and fight for what you deserve. You will live and prosper beyond any circumstance with a change in your mindset.

Life is a puzzle. Sometimes when you try to piece it together, you find the truth about darkness. And, no matter what tribulations you encounter; time, honesty, morality, karma, and faith help complete the puzzle. So, keep that light ignited, it always wins.

And as someone once said, “How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.”
