The Journey

The making of a builder

01

The Dream Begins

Born in Tarn Taran, India, and emigrating to San Jose at age 4, his journey exemplifies the American Dream. At just 15 years old, Chahal discovered his entrepreneurial spirit by buying and selling second-hand printers on eBay. This early taste of business success laid the foundation for his future ventures. At 16, he dropped out of high school to pursue his dreams during the dot-com boom, leading to the creation of ClickAgents. Throughout his journey, it was his family, particularly his grandmother, who gave him the strength and confidence to embrace what made him different and unique.

02

Building Success

From founding ClickAgents at 16 to the $300 million acquisition of BlueLithium by Yahoo!, each venture has marked a stepping stone to greater achievements. BlueLithium quickly became a pioneer in behavioral targeting and was named one of the top 100 private companies in America for three consecutive years by AlwaysOn. In 2006, it received the Top Innovator of the Year award, previously won by Google, Skype, and Salesforce. RadiumOne and subsequent ventures have continued to push the boundaries of innovation in digital advertising and technology.

03

Recognition

Honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from Pace University. In 2010, he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Commercial Science from Pace University for his career achievements. He was invited to the White House in 2011 and 2012 by former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. These accolades serve not as endpoints but as motivation to continue innovating and inspiring others.

04

Current Ventures

As Founder & CEO of AuraOne, Chahal is building the operating system for enterprise AI. AuraOne helps AI labs and enterprises evaluate model behavior, route expert human review, preserve evidence, and govern releases from one platform. The company was created around a simple standard: replace promises with measurement, keep every decision attached to a record, and let teams prove what their AI can safely ship.

05

Giving Back

Through The Chahal Foundation, he's creating lasting change globally. Founded in 2012 after the Wisconsin Sikh Temple shooting, the foundation began with the BeProud campaign to stop hate and build hope. Today, it focuses on disaster relief, education initiatives, university scholarships, mentorships, and creating awareness of key social issues. The foundation's mission is to build hope and empower communities worldwide through education and raising awareness of important social issues.

06

Innovation & Patents

With 12 patents to his name, Chahal has demonstrated a consistent commitment to innovation in technology and digital advertising. His contributions have helped shape the landscape of programmatic advertising and AI-driven solutions. He has been awarded 11 patents by the USPTO for developing the underlying ShareGraph™ technology and 1 patent for NeuralBank™ technology, with several others pending.
