As you look yourself in the mirror, read this every morning to yourself as you wake up.

You say that I may or may not succeed but you don’t get to decide.

I don’t know who or what decides.

I’ve been trying to figure it out.

I’m here, and while those who are not.

I’m here, and this path will always be mine.

It’s all but just taken me over.

But for me…for me…I will hold onto that one piece of clean, pure light that the world knows I have to give.

I know and believe that it’s in there.

I will dream about finding it…until I can finally see what you see…as the world sees the promise I kept.

I kept my dream alive.
